Massachusetts Incentive Program - Embodied Carbon in Buildings

As an adjunct faculty member in the Tufts University Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning Graduate program, in the Spring 2021, Michelle Lambert led a team of graduate students in collaboration with the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) to develop a draft incentive program for project teams to reduce the embodied carbon of their building projects. The incentive is under development currently by MassCEC.
