Highland Fire Station

The renovation of the 1929 historic Highland Fire Station included a mandate by the Town of Arlington to achieve LEED Silver Certification. As the LEED consultant to the contractor, I managed all of the construction phase documentation, including tracking all of the materials credits. The project achievements include recycling and reuse of over 90% of the construction waste on a tight site footprint as well as the achievement of both construction IAQ management plan credits.
