The campus of Emerson College lies within the Boston Theater District where they renovated the historic Paramount Theater into a mixed use development with a 590-seat theater and a 262-bed student residence hall. One of the initial project goals was to achieve LEED Silver Certification for the whole development and I facilitated the LEED process and completed all credit documentation from schematic design through to early construction, when it was ultimately cut from the budget.
