H&M Nebraska Crossing Store

H&M piloted LEED v4 ID+C Certification for the interior fit out project of a 24,000 sf H&M retail store in the Nebraska Crossing Outlets. My role was LEED consultant project manager and my work was done during the design development phase in 2016. The project was completed in August 2017 but the LEED Certification goal was ultimately dropped from the project.
